About the Role:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance tracking, and compliance. This role ensures that the organization maintains a positive, productive, and people-centric work culture aligned with Namaste India Trip’s values of service excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and issue offer letters.
Manage the onboarding process — documentation, induction, and system setup.
Maintain and update the employee database.
💼 Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support management in fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment.
📊 HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll-related data.
Track performance and assist in appraisal processes.
Ensure HR policies and code of conduct are followed.
Handle employee exit formalities and feedback documentation.
📑 Compliance & Reporting
Maintain statutory records and HR documentation.
Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of HR software and labor laws.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
1 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
