## Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in daily HR operations such as recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and HR coordination.

### Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Help in preparing
• HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and attendance reports
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking
• Support HR team in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities
• Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support

### Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, BCom, or any relevant degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment process
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
