## Job Title: HR Executive

### Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in daily HR operations such as recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and HR coordination.

### Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in •recruitment activities•• such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

Support the •onboarding process•• for new employees

Maintain •employee records and HR databases••

• Help in preparing

• HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and attendance reports

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures

• Assist in payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking

Support HR team in organizing •training programs and employee engagement activities••

• Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support

### Skills & Requirements

Qualification: •MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, BCom, or any relevant degree••

Strong •communication and interpersonal skills••

Basic knowledge of •HR concepts and recruitment process••

Proficiency in •MS Word, Excel, and email communication••

• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

• Good organizational and time-management skills
