We are looking for an HR professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry, to manage HR operations and administrative activities for a team of up to 50 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Develop, document, and implement HR SOPs and processes.
Ensure employees follow established company policies and SOPs.
Handle employee records, attendance, leave, and related HR activities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters.
Identify process gaps and improve HR and administrative procedures.
Handle other HR and administrative responsibilities as required.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate industry.
MBA in HR is preferred.
Candidates with strong HR/Admin experience and good knowledge of SOP development and implementation may also be considered.
Good command of English and Telugu.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage HR operations for a team of up to 50 employees.
