The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll assistance, and maintaining HR records. This role is essential to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Assist in recruitment activities: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, etc.).
Assist in payroll preparation and administration.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Track and manage performance review cycles and training sessions.
Prepare HR reports as required by management.
Assist in offboarding and exit formalities.
