We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, onboarding, compliance, and general HR operations for our pants manufacturing unit. The candidate should be capable of handling manpower requirements and ensuring smooth HR processes on the shop floor and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
Manage employee engagement and grievance handling.
Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
Conduct performance reviews and employee feedback sessions.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Requirements:
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or garment industry.
Good knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
