The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting all human resource functions within the hospital, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR administration. This role ensures the hospital maintains a skilled, motivated, and compliant workforce aligned with healthcare standards and patient care goals.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Prepare and post job advertisements, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
Conduct reference checks and manage offer and joining formalities.
Facilitate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Support conflict resolution and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Maintain attendance and leave records in coordination with department heads.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR data.
Manage employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in implementing the hospital’s performance appraisal system.
Support goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions.
Maintain records of training attendance and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR and healthcare compliance requirements.
Prepare HR reports on manpower, attrition, and other key metrics.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and hospital data.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of HR experience (healthcare industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
