Job Summary:

We are hiring a Fresher HR Executive to support basic HR activities like recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment (job posting, screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR data
Support the onboarding of new employees
Prepare HR documents (offer/appointment letters)
