Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee coordination, and basic compliance activities. The candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-ups)
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
• Conduct employee induction and joining formalities
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave, and shift records
• Support payroll processing and salary inputs
• Handle employee exit process and full & final settlement coordination
Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
• Support employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist in resolving employee grievances
Compliance & Policies
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies
• Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws)
• Support HR audits and documentation
Reporting & Support
• Prepare HR MIS reports and data as required
• Support HR Manager in daily HR activities and initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Graduate or MBA in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
