Role: Junior HR Executive / Recruiter
Location: On-site (Office-based)
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 / month (Depending on experience and capability)

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Junior HR Executive to streamline our daily HR activities and lead high-volume recruitment for our expanding telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a continuous talent pipeline, managing daily attendance, tracking operational metrics, and maintaining strict workspace discipline within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle job postings on major hiring portals (Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn), screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic screening rounds, and schedule face-to-face interviews.
Sales Team Sourcing: Maintain a steady and active pipeline of telecalling and telesales candidates to support company revenue scaling and desk expansion plans.
Daily Attendance & Activity Tracking: Monitor daily clock-in/clock-out timings, manage leave allocations, track active statuses via CRM/dialer software, and document discipline logs.
Onboarding & Documentation: Manage joining formalities, collect mandatory compliance documents (Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details), issue official appointment or warning letters, and handle exit formalities.
Payroll Assistance & Reporting: Compile accurate monthly data regarding working days, track individual sales incentives earned by the telesales team, and report directly to management.
Requirements & Key Skills
Excellent persuasive and communication skills in Hindi and conversational English (essential for pitching job roles effectively to candidates).
Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for managing databases, attendance trackers, and candidate shortlists.
Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to maintain professional office discipline firmly.
Prior experience in high-volume recruitment (BPO, telesales, or customer care hiring) is highly preferred.
