We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Work from Office – Pune)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with prior experience in the B2B industry to join our growing team. If you're passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior HR experience in the B2B industry

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding

Ability to support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture

Experience in HR documentation and maintaining employee records

Willingness to handle admin-related tasks and coordinate with internal departments

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Must be an immediate joiner

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office)
Location: Pune
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Fixed Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday
Good English comms required
