
Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for academic, sales & marketing roles
• Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Employee onboarding and documentation
• Managing attendance, leaves, and HR records
• Employee engagement and performance tracking
Eligibility & Skills:
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR or relevant field
• 1–3 years HR experience (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
