Location: Chakan, Pune
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Qualification: Graduation – Any Stream
Salary: Up to ₹22,000 CTC per month
Gender: Male
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee coordination.
Basic knowledge of Payroll, PF and ESIC is required.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave and payroll-related activities.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries.
Assist in recruitment and joining formalities.
Maintain statutory compliance-related records.
Coordinate with management and employees for HR requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Candidates with experience in a company/industry setup preferred.
Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC and Payroll.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Must have a valid two-wheeler.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
