We are looking for a PMS Executive to join our team at Mahavir Transmission Limited to manage the performance of employees for the organisation. The tasks include identifying and evaluating performance of employees. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining database of employee performance. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and update employee performance records.
🔹 Track goals, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal forms.
🔹 Prepare and organise performance reports and documentation.
🔹 Ensure performance management processes align with company policies.
🔹 Help implement and monitor new performance management initiatives.
🔹 Good verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, word, and Excel.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is MBA and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of performance management system and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgement are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
