Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing offer letters.Onboarding & Orientation: Facilitate joining formalities, conduct new hire inductions, and manage employee documentation.Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate payroll inputs, track leave and attendance, and resolve salary or benefit discrepancies.Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, statutory requirements (such as PF and ESIC), and internal company policies.Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, handle workplace conflicts, and address employee grievances to maintain a positive culture.Performance & Training: Assist management in conducting performance appraisals and help assess or coordinate employee training initiatives.Exit Management: Handle resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage full-and-final settlements.
