HR Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Manage employee HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and documentation

• Support in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling

• Assist in compliance with PF, ESI, and labor laws documentation

• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and reports

• Coordinate with management for workforce planning and policy implementation

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools will be an advantage
