HR Executive

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates.

• Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person), and assess candidates' skills and fit for the company culture.

• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.

• Employer Branding: Help build a strong employer brand by promoting the company’s culture and values through various channels.

• Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills to assess candidates' qualifications and make informed hiring decisions.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
