Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle hiring (sourcing, interviewing, offering), draft contracts, and onboard new hires

Employee Relations: Handle grievances, counsel employees, conduct exit interviews, and foster a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems, set goals, provide feedback, and develop improvement plans.
Payroll & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, bonuses, and ensure timely payroll processing.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies; ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HRIS/ATS, and oversee daily HR operations.
Employee Engagement: Organize events, wellness programs, and outreach to boost morale and retention.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in HR roles (e.g., HR Executive, Analyst).
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR tech (HRIS, ATS).
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and strong ethics.
