Legal Capital is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT) and HR administrative tasks. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Non-IT):
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining employee records, documentation, and databases.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support in managing attendance, leaves, and employee welfare.
General HR Support:
Prepare and maintain HR reports.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of employee data.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related matters.
