HR Executive

Job Brief:

The HR Executive will support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, Admin Work ,Data management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.

• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.

• Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.

• Attendance and payroll

• Oversee Admin Related Work

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 0 - 1 Year.
