Lead Height is a fast-growing digital marketing and sales solutions company, dedicated to driving growth for businesses across India. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team and support our recruitment and employee management functions.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms and coordinate with placement agencies or institutions.
Manage onboarding activities: offer letters, joining formalities, induction sessions, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Assist in policy implementation, payroll coordination, and performance review processes.
Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Support HR initiatives such as training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management tools.
