Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Executive, you will play an active role in supporting and managing core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Maintain HR records, databases, and internal trackers.
Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team-building initiatives.
Coordinate with managers to ensure smooth HR processes across departments.
Assist in performance management documentation and feedback collection.
Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related role.
Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll basics, employee engagement).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive.
