HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Support performance appraisal and training programs

• Handle payroll preparation and leave management

• Ensure compliance ( ESI,PF,Ptax) with labor laws and HR policies

Administration:

• Oversee general office operations and supplies

• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts

• Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks

• Ensure a safe and well-maintained office environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration roles

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)

• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
