Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and feedback.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit procedures.

• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring status regularly.

• Coordinate with management and department heads regarding hiring requirements.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, email, and job portals.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to coordinate with candidates and employees professionally.

• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Eligibility

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience are preferred.

• It is a Both Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
