HR Executive

A BigBasket HR Executive is responsible for managing the company's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. They work with recruitment agencies to source candidates, maintain HR records, and ensure HR policies are followed. They also coordinate with various departments to address challenges and gather insights, contributing to talent management processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and working with recruitment agencies. 

• Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring a positive work environment. 

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies. 

• HR Operations: Managing the HRMS system, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accurate data. 

• Training and Development: Contributing to employee training and development programs. 

• Talent Management: Supporting the company's talent management processes and initiatives. 

Specific Tasks:

• Managing the HRMS system for all employees, including attendance and blue-collar employees. 

• Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health insurance, and other benefits. 

• Coordinating with various departments to gather insights and address challenges. 

• Working with recruitment agencies to find and recruit candidates for specific positions. 

• Addressing employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
