HR and Admin Executive - Key Responsibilities
HR & Compliance
Assist in Manpower Planning, arrangement, and general recruitment support.
Maintain accurate and confidential Employee Data records (HRIS and physical files).
Manage timely registration and compliance related to ESIC and PF.
Conduct initial Induction and orientation for new joiners.
Coordinate procurement and distribution of uniforms and other essential joining items (ID cards, stationery).
Industrial Relations & Contract Labour
Manage documentation, agreements, and legal compliance for Contractual Labour.
Coordinate with contract agencies for timely documentation, statutory adherence, and bill processing.
Administration & Facility
Oversee Canteen operations, ensuring hygiene and quality standards.
Manage procurement and inventory of Housekeeping materials.
Support implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology.
Handle general administrative tasks and facility maintenance support.
Maintain and manage First Aid facilities and kits.
Control and track Asset Allocation (laptops, phones, tools) and maintain the asset register.
