Job Opportunity: Technical Recruiter (Work from Home)

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000/month (First 3 months) + Incentives

Experience: Minimum 3 year in hiring (Technical preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

●End-to-end technical recruitment for various client requirements

●Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn and other professional platforms

●Coordinate interviews and follow-ups

●Ensure at least 2 successful hires per month

●Maintain candidate database and reports

●Work closely with the internal hiring manager and clients

Requirements:

●Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (technical hiring preferred)

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●Must know how to source candidates on LinkedIn

●Ability to work independently from home

●Goal-oriented mindset with a sense of responsibility

Compensation:

●₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month for the first 3 months

●Incentives applicable for hiring above 3 candidates per month
