Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

2. Plan employee engagement activities and resolve grievances.

3. Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.

4. Support performance management and appraisal coordination. Identify training needs and organize development programs.

5. Oversee employee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews. Prepare and maintain monthly HR reports and dashboards.

6.Job  Posting (LinkedIn, Jobhai, naukri.com,etc)

7. Knowledge of ESIC & EPF, Gratuity, LWF, Professional Tax

8. Maintain of employees personal files.
