Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data accurately.
Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
Draft HR letters, policies, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Generate HR reports and maintain HR MIS data.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
