HR Executive Job Opening at Kaustubh Enterprises, Bhosari Kaustubh Enterprises, a leading steel trading firm in Bhosari, MIDC, Pune, seeks a dynamic HR Executive to manage core HR functions for our growing operations team.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, interviews, and onboarding for steel trading roles.Manage payroll, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI).Maintain employee records in HRMIS/Tally and support inventory/procurement staff coordination.Organize training on material standards, safety, and business ops; facilitate performance appraisals.Draft offer letters, policies, and handle exits/grievances.Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster positive employee relations in a fast-paced trading environment.Qualifications:BBA/MBA in HR or equivalent; 2-3 years exp. in manufacturing/trading.Proficiency in Tally and Inventory; strong MS Excel skills for reports.Excellent communication for vendor/employee interactions.Knowledge of GST, labor laws preferred.
