Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and queries. Conduct employee engagement activities
and initiatives to promote morale and retention. Facilitate open communication between management and
employees.
2. Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Actions
Handle employee grievances promptly and effectively. Investigate employee complaints or misconduct in a fair and
consistent manner. Prepare reports and documentation for disciplinary cases, warnings, and terminations.
3. Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Update and communicate HR
policies as per organizational and legal requirements. Liaise with government authorities and maintain required HR
documentation.
4. Performance & Conduct Management
Support managers in handling performance or behavior-related issues. Participate in performance review
discussions where necessary. Arrange coaching and counseling to employees to improve performance and conduct.
5-Time Management- Employees are expected to adhere to their scheduled working hours as agreed in their
employment contract.
