Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Organize training & development programs to enhance employee skills.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Monitor and evaluate performance management systems.
Prepare HR reports and share insights with management for decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR roles.
Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
