We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to join our team and manage core human resource functions across the organization. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment as well as supporting key HR operations such as employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR documentation. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth HR processes and positive employee experience. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000, along with growth and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and HR documentation
Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
Assist in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and policy implementation
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
Advertise job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future manpower requirements
Job Requirements:
MBA in HR or a similar HR-related qualification
1–2 years of experience in core HR and recruitment functions
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Familiarity with resume databases, HR systems, and sourcing techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to work a 6-day work week
