The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance & payroll support, employee documentation, compliance activities, and coordination with management & staff. The role ensures smooth HR functioning in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
Conduct employee onboarding, induction, document collection, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Monitor daily attendance, leave management, overtime records.
Coordinate with accounts/HR manager for monthly payroll processing.
Handle salary slips, PF/ESI-related deductions, and employee queries.
Assist in maintaining compliance under ESIC, EPF, LWF, Bonus Act, Factory Act.
Support in preparation of statutory returns, challans & inspections.
Ensure maintenance of statutory registers and documents.
Address employee queries & grievances professionally.
Support in employee engagement activities, notice boards, communication, discipline.
Conduct exit interviews and resignation formalities.
Prepare HR letters: appointment, confirmation, warning, increment, relieving letters.
Maintain HR MIS reports (attendance, recruitment, attrition, compliance).
Support in audits, safety trainings, housekeeping, and general administration tasks.
Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll concepts, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office & HR software/ERP.
Problem-solving ability and strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in HR / MBA HR / BBA / Any Graduate with HR experience.
Knowledge of labor laws preferred for manufacturing industry roles
