Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and confident HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews)

Manage employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain attendance, leaves, and HR records

Support payroll processing and compliance coordination

Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities

Coordinate with management for policy implementation

Ensure a positive and professional work culture

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or relevant field

2 to 4 years of HR experience (generalist or core HR)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, HR software/tools

Well-organized and good at multitasking

Friendly, approachable, and a team player
