Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new hires and conducting orientations.
Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication to maintain a positive work environment.
Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Performance & Development: Overseeing performance appraisal processes, assisting with employee development plans, and coordinating training programs.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and managing payroll.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of employees, benefits, and other HR-related information.
Employee Engagement: Planning and executing activities and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
HR Strategy: Working with management to align HR strategies with the company's objectives and contribute to organizational growth and sustainability.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in an HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to work effectively with both employees and senior age limited 18 to 30
