Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for overseas job placements in coordination with international clients

• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and schedule final rounds

• Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation

• Coordinate with visa processing team and follow up with selected candidates

• Counsel and guide students/job seekers on available overseas opportunities

• Communicate fluently with candidates in Malayalam and Hindi

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate with recruitment or counseling experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Malayalam and Hindi (mandatory)

• Prior experience in overseas education/placement industry preferred

• Strong
