Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project Managers for manpower planning and site-specific requirements
Handle end-to-end hiring of candidates for various project sites
Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents
Manage EPF & ESIC registrations, payments, and monthly statutory compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, and onboarding formalities
Visit new and existing sites across India for HR takeover and manpower deployment
Handle HR documentation during new site acquisition and project handover
Support in resolving labor issues and maintaining compliance with labour laws
Coordinate with the internal team for salary processing inputs
