Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Project Managers for manpower planning and site-specific requirements

  • Handle end-to-end hiring of candidates for various project sites

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents

  • Manage EPF & ESIC registrations, payments, and monthly statutory compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and onboarding formalities

  • Visit new and existing sites across India for HR takeover and manpower deployment

  • Handle HR documentation during new site acquisition and project handover

  • Support in resolving labor issues and maintaining compliance with labour laws

  • Coordinate with the internal team for salary processing inputs
