About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, PT, and other applicable labor laws.
• Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain employee personal files/dossiers and HR databases.
• Manage onboarding and exit formalities for employees.
• Conduct factory visits and coordinate with site teams for HR operations.
• Track and maintain daily attendance and leave records.
• Draft professional emails, letters, and HR communications.
• Prepare HR reports and manage data efficiently using MS Excel.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email drafting
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle employee relations effectively
