We are seeking a responsible and organized Admin / HR Executive to manage day-to-day
administrative functions and support core HR operations. The role requires strong
coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while
ensuring smooth office and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation (joining, exit,
confirmations, etc.).
• Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and
onboarding formalities.
• Maintain attendance, leave records.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and administration.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain records through ERP / HRMS platforms.
• Manage front desk activities including attending calls, visitors, clients, and guests.
• Handle typing, scanning, filing, and documentation of official records.
• Draft and send emails, internal communications, notices, and MOMs.
• Maintain records of stationery, brochures, petty cash, and office inventory.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and airport pickups as required.
• Maintain office equipment and assets including printers, cartridges, A/C servicing,
Wi-Fi, and pest control.
• Ensure office premises and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and wellmaintained.
• Maintain asset registers, inventory, and stock details in the system.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or Administration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages
preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn and work on HRMS Systems
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
