Job Title: HR Intern (Paid Internship)

Location: PIMPLE SAUDAGAR
Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Stipend: Paid (As per company policy)

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern for a paid internship to support our Human Resources team in daily HR activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities

• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

• Support onboarding and induction of new joiners

• Maintain employee data and HR documentation

• Assist with attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination

• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events

• Help in implementing HR policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools

• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team
