About the Internship

We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Internship to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Human Resources and gain practical exposure in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and managers.

• Support onboarding & induction activities for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Draft and update HR documents, letters, and reports.

• Help organize employee engagement activities.

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
