HR Executive

Job description:-

We are hiring highly ambitious HR executives to manage and define the responsibilities of our employees. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our HR operations.

In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

RESPONSBILITIES:-

1. Entry and exit formalities, policy rollout, payroll

2. Taking the initial round of interview.

3. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality

4. Maintaining the rules and regulations of the company.

5. Searching Freelancers through various portals.

6. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

7.     Work to brainstorm new and innovative strategies.

8. Taking care of office administration

9. The candidate should be competent enough in negotiating. REQUIREMENTS:-

•An effective team player with good leadership qualities.

• Ability to lead the team and handle pressure and demands.

•Strong verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.

•Any graduate can apply.
