Maintain and update employee data for PF & ESIC compliance.
Generate UAN, ESIC numbers, and update member details as required.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, interviews, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HR databases
Handle on boarding and induction of new employees
Monitor attendance, leaves, and coordinate for payroll processing
Assist in drafting HR policies, rules, and procedures
Conduct employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and documentation
Address employee concerns and grievances professionally
Prepare HR reports for management
Support exit and separation process (resignation, notice tracking, full & final)
Support payroll admin with statutory deductions and employee records.
Support HR documentation, joining formalities, and exit processes.
