Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies compliance

• Process payroll and manage employee benefits

• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture

• Assist in performance management and training initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or a related field

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office
