HR Executive

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Recruitment: Create and post job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers

• Onboarding: Conduct orientation sessions, complete documentation, introduce new hires to company culture and systems .

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address grievances, manage conflict resolution, and promote a healthy workplace

• Organize engagement initiatives like surveys, recognition programs, and wellness

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Develop salary structures, administer benefits (healthcare, retirement, leave), and oversee payroll

6. HR Policy, Compliance & Record-Keeping

• Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws.

• Maintain confidential employee records; ensure compliance with data protection and labor regulations

7. Offboarding

• Manage exit procedures: conduct exit interviews, settle final pay, and facilitate knowledge transfer

  8. Employee Registration and Onboarding

  • Register new eligible employees under ESIC and EPF portals.

  • Maintain accurate employee records including UAN (Universal Account Number) for PF and ESIC numbers.

  • Guide new hires on the benefits and use of ESIC and PF.

  9. Monthly Contributions

  • Calculate monthly PF and ESIC contributions as per statutory rates.

  • Ensure timely deduction from salaries and employer contribution.
