We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts department for salary disbursement.
Manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee engagement activities and performance review support.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
