Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Handle sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Monitor employee engagement, retention, and HR metrics
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria

1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related field
