🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

• Assist in payroll processing and leave management

• Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

• Coordinate training and development programs

• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture

• Prepare HR reports and assist in policy formulation
