Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good MS Excel and reporting skills
MBA/PGDM in HR or any relevant degree
Graduation is mandatory
